Mr. Blom, I am fundraising for the Southern California Fraud Iestigators Association conference. Are your resturants willing to advertise / donate anything?

I am usually pretty skeptical for restaurants being let down for the lack of quality and freshness, Arc butcher restored my hope.

I can taste the passion and admire the precision put into the dishes, absolute robust flavors, freshness, and quality, I'm pretty sure the corn tortillas are even fresh made there. I was fairly impressed.

Great job ? ?

You go with the attitude that it is going to be like your experience at the Arc in Costa Mesa…? No it will not. This place is managed and operated by bunch of cool dudes and girls giving you the “sexy” smiles while having their chitchat without paying any attention to customers. Very snobby attitude from the moment we walked in. The food is mediocre no attention to details whatsoever…!!! Good luck guys, I doubt you will survive this way..!!!

This is the best rustic style brunch I have been looking for and I was so happy, the grilled cheese and soup combo is worth the trip itself, a true hidden gem and will be back, great service from all staff from kitchen to front.

We had a Sunday brunch outside. Can't say enough how delicious this food was today. Started off with the Bloody Mary! Delicious! Breakfast Burrito, Salmon Toast, and Eggs and Bacon were amazing. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast! Will update later once we have a dinner there! A must!

Really great service even as a solo diner. This was probably the best tomato soup I have ever had in my life. The small indoor dining room felt super cozy and comforting. Also I took a bag of cookies home and my wife loved them, so now I am a hero.

Thank you ARC crew!

We went there for an early Mother's Day. We were seated in about 10 minutes without reservations. We both ordered the Filet ($65 each). One meal was served about 20 minutes later and the other about 10 minutes later. The Filets were warm at best and the mashed potatoes were cold, but the Brussel sprouts and asparagus were nice and hot. After waiting another 5 or 6 minutes they replaced the mashed potatoes, and of course the Filets just got colder. Well, things had to get better, or not. We thought we would try one of their famous cinnamon rolls. That order took 15 minutes and looked great as it was delivered in a medium hot 6-inch cast iron skillet, however the cinnamon was cold and hard and crusty.
They were kind enough to remove the cinnamon roll from the bill.
After two Filets, two glasses of wine, one lemonade and a poor excuse for a cinnamon roll, our bill was $183.17, and I still left a $30.00 gratuity for a grand total of $213.17. You guessed it, we will not be returning.

Had the Butchers Love. Perfectly cooked excellent quality steak. Either the small end of tenderloin or spinalis of ribeye. Had a perfect char crust, sea salt, and a mild amount of chimichurri type sauce brushed on. Came with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. Had with a glass of Chapellet Mtn Cuvée. Definitely the best meal I had over a long weekend visiting Newport Beach .
