Wow does a manager make a difference for the establishment. One of the poorest customer service in an affluent area. Please fire the manager working on 1/16/25 @ 5:00 PM. Used the retail therapy app and they said it had to be printed. No where does it say that on there but the way it was conveyed was super rude

I bought 2 lemonade, a salted pretzel, a cup of mini pretzel dogs, and a reg pretzel dog. Total came to $29.83. I handed the staff a $50 bill which I just got out of the nearby ATM. She rudely pointed to a hand written note scotch taped onto the counter that said "We don't accept any bills higher than $20. I can't believe they wud turn down business over how big your bills are! I left and won't return! Folks that shop at Fashion Island in Newport Beach have $. The snobbery was too much. I've eaten at other Auntie Anne's and they were great! Loose the snotty attitudes!!!

This place is awesome! Food is delicious and the staff is super friendly. Big variety of pretzels and hot dogs as well as drink choices. Definitely recommend it here

The pretzels were made at the time I order them, had to wait 15 minutes, which it's fine, I don't mind the wait time. Tge manager could be more polite and professional, I asked if I could get cinnamon on the side or a side of cinnamon and he told me that they don't do that, but is not what you say what bothers the most is the body language and the way he said it. Not coming back.
