Definitely the go to place to grab a quick snack at fashion island! Always enjoy walking by and seeing the staff, such a great team. Great service and always a friendly environment. 10/10

The pretzels were made at the time I order them, had to wait 15 minutes, which it's fine, I don't mind the wait time. Tge manager could be more polite and professional, I asked if I could get cinnamon on the side or a side of cinnamon and he told me that they don't do that, but is not what you say what bothers the most is the body language and the way he said it. Not coming back.

I just went in to get a cinnamon pretzel. As I walked through the door this young kid with dark hair and glasses came running to greet me. He made my night, he was so cute. He looked very excited to welcome me and he was so over the top nice he made me laugh. It wasn't just to me either, a couple walked in behind me and he was just as thrilled to help them as well. Such a good employee!
