I honestly would have wanted to give 0 stars if that was an option. I am extremely shocked at how disgusting this place is. They had a basket of dirty used tasting sticks just sitting out on the counter, covered with a flimsy napkin like that somehow makes it okay. We ended up grabbing one because we assumed they were clean, only to realize it had already been used by someone else. Completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous.

When we brought it up to the staff, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they were incredibly rude and acted like we were the problem. No “sorry,” no replacement, nothing. Just attitude.

This is basic hygiene. Any food establishment should know better. Leaving used tasting sticks out where customers can accidentally touch or use them is beyond careless — it’s gross and shows zero respect for customers’ health or safety.

I will NEVER come back here again and I hope others think twice before spending their money at a place that doesn’t even care about basic cleanliness. Disgusting behavior and horrible customer service.

Gelato to die for. Located next to Nespresso, you can smell the deliciousness from far away. Made fresh daily. You can sample. They offer scoops, cones and even affogatos. Don't miss it!

One star mainly for their outrageous prices.
Do not go there at all until they reduce their prices by 25%. Gauging is against the law.

One of the Gelato experiences of the Newport Beach area. So creamy, so many good flavors that are well made. Gourmet quality authentic gelato that will not disappoint. Prices are fair.

One of my absolute favorite ice cream places! The flavors are incredible and really stand out. I had a cone with Nutella and chocolate hazelnut, plus their new Chocolate Pistachio Crunch — which is now my favorite. The classic pistachio is also amazing and always a must.

The staff are great too — even if there’s a line, they never rush you. You can try the flavors before deciding, which makes the whole experience even better. Truly delicious, high-quality ice cream. Highly recommend!

Queued up and Ordered Classic 2 scoops on Waffle cone, pistachio and chocolate and pistachios, delicious & flavoursome! Friendly staff offered tasting and followed up with serving me my right order. And offered reward point sign up.

Had the most underwhelming experience at this place, was so excited about trying it out and has a second unhappy experience. Got a pistachio latte the first time and the coffee was not even strong enough to give the latte color let alone flavor, tried the pistachio affogato the second time and got charged for it with a scoop of pistachio ice cream but got served with a vanilla icecream instead and the matcha was clumpy and below average anyways. Waste of money I wish i’d get a refund for both my drinks. I threw away both of the drinks after a few sips anyways. so unfortunate that the experience was this bad. I had high hopes from the brand.

first of all the service is top notch, they let you try different flavors first before choosing what you want. friendly and cheerful servers. atmosphere is calm and a few seating inside and outside. portions are huge considering the price tag, will definitely come back, highly recommend! the pistachio cone is sweet so a warning, it was too sweet for us!

There was a bit of a line when we arrived, so we waited about 10-15 minutes, which wasn’t too bad. We tried the chocolate hazelnut and salted caramel flavors, and they were both amazing! I took off one star because the service could have been better, but overall, it was a good experience. Looking forward to trying more flavors next time!

I have to give them 5 stars for having the best gelato I've had outside of Italy.

BUT

I almost gave a 4 star rating because their cappuccino was awful! The gelato was so authentic I expected real Italian style coffees, too, so I was a bit shocked that the cappuccino was not even close to what you'd expect in Italy.

Come for the gelato but go next door to Nespresso or Starbucks for the coffee.
