Bacio di Latte is my favorite ice cream spot. The gelato here is always really good, and I especially love the espresso option. It’s the kind of place you go to when you want genuinely good ice cream, not just any dessert.

Very long line but that is normally an indication the place is good, any how I enjoyed a delightfully rich Belgian chocolate gelato very smooth. Very nice people and would definitely go back again.

Incredibly rich and creamy ice cream spot. The line is usually pretty long, but it moves decently quickly as they have 4+ servers during peak times. What differentiates this place from other ice cream shops, is just how incredibly rich their ice cream is. It's why I lean towards their decadent flavors when I'm here

Wow—absolutely amazing! Bacio di Latte is hands down one of the best gelato experiences I’ve had. The texture is incredibly smooth and creamy, and the flavors taste rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, just pure quality. You can really tell it’s authentic Italian-style gelato made with care.

Yes, there was a long line when I went, but honestly, it was 100% worth the wait. The moment you take the first bite, you forget about the queue completely. Every spoonful feels indulgent and satisfying, and it’s the kind of place that instantly puts you in a good mood.

Bacio di Latte at Fashion Island is a place where you’ll always find a long line of people waiting.

To see why it’s so popular, I decided to join the queue and try their gelato myself.

​The line moved much faster than I expected.

​I had the Salted Caramel gelato in a sugar cone, and unlike other ice creams, it wasn't overly sweet.
I especially loved how the sweetness of the caramel and the saltiness of the salt complemented each other perfectly.
​The texture of the gelato was incredibly smooth.

​After trying it today, I finally understand why so many people are willing to wait in line for it.

I am really disappointed. I came from a long distance to get my favorite vegan chocolate ice cream, and I was told that it has been replaced with a new non-vegan flavor.

Your brand should be consistent. Now there is no real ice cream option for vegans, only two sorbets, raspberry and strawberry, which are not good.

It is disrespectful to vegans to replace the only vegan chocolate ice cream with a non-vegan “new taste.

It’s 63 degree outside. Ice cream was melting even in the store, and dripping everywhere. They crammed 2 scoops in the world’s smallest cups. No to go containers, no lids, just a milky mess. Had to throw them away, ice cream all over my clothes, so frustrating. A normal sized cup would’ve been great, a to go holder, and lids. Just wanted to eat peacefully in our car, with our kids as it’s chilly outside. Our car was parked 50 feet away.

I live in Newport, so in my experience in the past few years this place has been going downhill in terms of customer service. It's NB Fashion Island I get it but best service is not about incorporating the worst stereotypes of the area but to be there for your happy, new and returning customers. Please train your staff not to give off attitude but to smile and offer a generous scoop of gelato. A few times I was given a ridiculously small scoop of each gelato type, when I asked to add some to at least the last cone, I got an 'omg' sigh as if I was asking for a free scoop.

This place is popular! Located right next to See’s candies. Line already formed when I got there. They have a cool way to enjoy gelato on a cone (ciocchino) with a rim and base dipped in pistachio cream or nutella topped with pistachio or hazelnuts. They also have affogato. I had their pistachio gelato and thought it was quite authentic. Will def come back to try their other treats.
