Stopped at this place a few days ago while on vacations in town. Staff were very friendly. The food was good. Our kids got pretzels and they were made at the moment. They tasted so good!

Their vanilla ice cream is very mediocre.🫣 I just threw it away after a couple of bites... You'll be happier if you go to Cowafonia around the corner! 🙃 Other things are better, though, and the service is good... no problems there. Funnel cake is always yummy 😁

After our whale watching adventure, we stopped by Balboa Beach Treats for a quick lunch. My wife said the chili cheese dog was pretty good, while the corn dog I ordered was just okay. Our kids finished the chicken tenders and chicken nuggets. There’s even a traditional pay phone here, which is quite a rarity these days, and my wife introduced it to our kids. Overall, it’s a good place to grab a quick bite.

Fantastic! I got a funnel cake and churro both were delicious. I got the funnel cake with only powdered sugar. . It tasted better and cheaper than Winter Fest in Costa Mesa!! It’s evident they use clean oil and sell quality yummy treats! I live in the area and this is my go to place for a beach treat!

Stopped here after a boat ride. Cashier was super nice and patient with indecisive kids. Everything we ordered was quickly devoured. You might find seating closer to the trampoline/climbing games.

Great verity of items at a very good price. The area itself is a little smelly of sewer, but that’s common for this strip. Nachos are excellent, corn dog was excellent. Hotdog was great deep fried Oreos were great , iced coffee was ok.
