So good, I went down to Newport yesterday and went and got some coffee here, wasn't that expensive but really good, the atmosphere was phenomenal, I went in and felt comfortable asking what their recommendations were, so I got myself a coffee and Lord all mighty, it was really good, like it was small and I got an extra shot in it, now ofc I was thinking that extra shot was going to make the espresso flavor stand out more but no I could still taste the salted caramel coffee without the taste of the espresso and yet it still was strong enough to keep me up all day after having no sleep for 2 nights.

Enjoyed a quick lunch here after whale watching! Love the selection of lattes, but ended up ordering a chai latte which was delicious! We ordered from both the lunch and breakfast menus and were happy with our selections. Reasonably priced too! I’d definitely visit again

So I’ve been wanting to try something new for breakfast and decided to try Balboa Lily’s. Ordered the meatless breakfast sandwich and a side of bacon to go, so I can eat it across at balboa island on a public dock, absolutely made my morning!

Went back for more during our short trip to NB. Our son crushed the waffles w strawberries + whipped, wife had breakfast burrito, and I had the house sandwich which is pulled pork, avocado, and a fried egg. Delicious!
Super good:) i had the kale and spinach salad and my favorite the crispy brocoli. i’ve been trying to find the recipe for it haha. Awesome location and very friendly service:)

This place is amazing. Great food great atmosphere and of course great service..This place offers some amazing espresso drinks that is so delicious and wonderfully made.I was visiting LA my family, a party of 9 and, they were able to quickly accommodate us.I had the build your own omelet with that amazing Crispy Broccoli on the side.Violet is so sweet and so amazing that we came back a couple days later just to experience the wonderful service that she delivers. Whenever I return, I do plan to always make my way back to Newport Beach. Just so experience this place again.I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

This was recommended by a local. We had another activity but one of th girls said it's a 25 minute wait. She saw I was hesitant when discussing with my party and still she said it'll probably be less. 45 minute wait and they were still calling others ahead of us so the wait actually would have been longer. There was an empty table in the corner of the restaurant but they didn't use it?Set the right expectation.And they don't even take down your number to contact you so you're stuck there until they call you. I didn't see other brunch spots near by otherwise wouldn't have wasted my time. Ridiculous.Food maybe good, but not worth standing there for an hour+Management is clearly a joke.

Fabulous breakfast. Lattes were so delicious. At waitresses rec had the loaded breakfast fries with potatoes instead of fries, amazing!!! Noticed that all staff were working hard and doing whatever needed to be done during a very busy morning. Well done!
