We love the bowls here so much and the employees were so sweet. However, there were only 2 girls working and it was horribly understaffed. We waited 35 minutes for a bowl and I could tell the staff was very overwhelmed. I was hoping for a quick beach snack but it didn't end up being quick at all. As it's about to be summer and super busy down here I hope that they fix this issue before wait times get even longer.

Solid spot, great for after a morning surf. Get the açaí with granola and take it out to the sand to hang. Takes a little while to make so not grab and go.

We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order. Yes they take phone orders. But they took forever to make our order. When they finally did, it was sitting on the counter for like 10 minutes. When I inquired about my order, he said he needed to ''finish it up''.......why does it take 15 minutes to put a piece of strawberry and pineapple on the top of the lid.......and they ended up finishing the order from the people that ordered after we did!

Great açaí bowl. They didn’t skimp and it tasted great! We ordered online and they were quick. I just think they could have been a little more friendly. But overall a good experience!

I Used to love Banzai Bowls, but their owner must be cheaping out. We were told they could not split a large bowl anymore, so we ordered two larges, and then the employees were incredibly stingy with the fruit toppings. Do yourself a favor and Go to TRU Bowl down the street. You can enjoy generous unlimited toppings on your Acai bowl. Sad to think I won't visit Banzai again.

Literally no one here- 7 teenagers working and having a grand old time- no one in line been waiting now 20 minutes - arrived at 3:12- it is now 3:32. You should probably have an adult here to supervise….

This is the best açai I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. this place never fails. Our bowls for years have been top-notch and high-quality and that still seems to be the standard. If you were visiting or you are local, you have to get this every single time to go to the beach.

These bowls are so good. They have the healthy bowl thing perfected. We Walked up and waited in line for about 5 minutes to order. Then we waited for about 10 minutes for our bowls. They had 2 guys working on a Thursday April morning, so it wasn’t very crowded. It is almost right on the boardwalk so you can get it and go eat on the beach. We will be back.
