I am a local and The Pendry lounge is one of those spots that has an amazing atmosphere with great service, and staff. It is the best bar scene currently in the OC. I’ve met people from all over the U.S there and always enjoy my time. All the bartenders are amazing. I always tell my friends to go and see for themselves. Friday and Saturday nights are extremely busy later in the night, so make sure you arrive before 9ish or there might be a line.

I can’t express enough how much I loved the atmosphere, service, food, and staff at the Pendry. Never in my all my years have I experienced the level of service that I did when visiting Bar Pendry. Shay and Michael in particular stand out as pivotal pieces in this establishment; I mean holy mackerel I can go on and on! As a Newport resident I can definitely say that this place is a must visit; you won’t regret it!

Well wo don't like to write reviews but this place need a reality check.from door staff to security they are most unprofessional group we had experienced. This is a just bar you don't need to act this is club in Ibiza or new York. And you need to start treating ppl right and you will end up like you last bar aqua which died and you guy following the same foot steps. Learn from ur mistakes

So if you’re gonna charge $20++ for each cocktail and charge $15 for valet WITH validation, at least give me a couch to sit on that’s clean. This was the cleanest one we found and it was really gross. This place has only been open 2 months. How could it get this icky this quick? It was really disappointing.

Pricey and crowded. I didn't order food, but the cocktails were tasty. Valet is the only option for parking, and they don't validate. The hotel itself is posh; however, the ladies' room is too small to handle the crowds and poorly kept (running out of paper, etc.). At a luxury hotel, I'd expect a restroom attendant, especially on a busy weekend evening.
