My sister, mother and I went here for drinks while she was staying at the hotel. The bar itself is lovely in terms of appearance and the seating is bar or lounge, but I felt the chairs where we sat were spaced a bit far apart and, due to their size, we couldn't correct that easily. It made it somewhat hard to talk without speaking loud enough to feel self conscious in the mostly quiet space.

I was also disappointed in their list of Irish whiskeys, though...

Bar Pendry was such a great experience. The service was incredibly attentive and detailed. We never had to wait long for anything, and our server always seemed one step ahead. The space is perfect for people-watching, and we saw plenty of fun interactions, from smooth conversations to a few entertaining misses.

The Caesar salad, fries, and drinks were all excellent, simple but really well done. We stayed at the hotel, which made it super convenient to enjoy...

The Bar Pendry has the exact atmosphere that one wants in this type of location. Easy to approach the bar and even easier to find a comfortable seat. Whether that seat is by the bar to watch the game or comfy chairs to get into a close conversation. What truly made my experience special, was the attention and attention to detail shown by Stone and Diego.
