We have discovered another young incredibly talented chef that is very much flying under the radar. The chefs table is actually a bar looking into their open kitchen. in the middle of a strip mall Italian restaurant, Zach doesn’t really do menus as he likes to wing it as he goes along, like a sushi omakase where the chef sizes up his guests and their reactions and modifies it as he goes along. Went here with my wife and a friend for my birthday and the food was absolutely incredible. Zach is not only a world class chef, but a great host. It's so fun to watch him work right on front of you preparing all the wonderful dishes. We had just come back from a trip and Bello Chef's Table was way better than both Michelin star restaurants we ate at there. Wine pairings were perfect as well. Can't wait to go back!

I've been lucky enough to enjoy the Chef's Table experience a few times now, and every time, I'm still blown away at the creativity and thoughtfulness of the menu that Chef Zach puts together.Chef Zach makes the experience so memorable each time, and it's so fun being able to talk and interact while he prepares each course.
