The bread is SOOOO hard! I could barely bite through my sandwich and had to pull it apart to eat it. My mouth is all cut up now too. The flavors are there but the bread is a big no go for me.

Bistro 4000 is conveniently located at the bottom of our work building. I love their breakfasts especially the breakfast burritos. I love their side menu in the morning I get sausages and breakfast potatoes, the seasoning is always perfect for my taste. They also have steel cut oatmeal. My favorite is the yogurt parfait. Yum

The place was sooo clean and I loved the wide variety of different drinks there! I really liked my Chicken Pesto and my boyfriend ordered the Maui burger and he enjoyed that too. The guy at the cashier was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area or want to grab a quick lunch!

I'm a regular here mainly because I work at the building and don't want to drive out for lunch. I got my usual salad and this was the first time seeing bad ingredient. The tomato is really old and saggy and tasted awful so I spat it out immediately. It only happened once but I really don't want bad tomato in my $11.50 salad. Not sure if I should give them a second chance. But the staff there are always courteous and friendly.

My co-worker was raving about this place, so I decided to check it out. And why not? My work building is literally across the parking lot. I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausages. I wish the burrito was a little bigger.. It was definitely the size of my hand (-1 point). And I wished it had more sausages than potatoes.... I felt like there were an endless amount of potatoes, but not enough cheese, sausages, and eggs (-1 point). Overall, I don't think I'll come back here.. I didn't think it was anything special or great.

The food is really good and the staff is always so friendly. Especially Frankie. Try the MacArthur Sandwich. It's a must!
Went wayyy SOUTH after what is apparently a change in ownership... bummer! Super friendly and accommodating staff. I usually get the chicken pesto and change it up to my liking of easy on sauce and since I don't like the smashed tomatoes they replace it w fresh tomato slices. It's a great price, fresh, fast, and decent variety for those who may like to mix it up.

I come here often for lunch during the week. It is super close to my office building, taking less than 5 minutes for me to walk over. I'm kind of plain when it comes to my working day lunch. Always get the chicken salad sandwich and my latte. Most of the employees are super nice. However, I believe I've had one interaction with an employee presumably new who didn't really know how to ring me up correctly, didn't understand me well, nor did she knew how to make my drink.

This place has really gone downhill since the new owners took over. When it was 24 Carrots the food was always top notch. Once it switched I started noticing a real decline of the quality of the food. I work in the same building and used to eat here up to 3x a week, Now I only go when I don't really have time to go elsewhere. The bread is the biggest disappointment. Before it was fresh everyday, now it's just not great. The worst part is that they are clearly using cheaper, lower quality ingredients but they are charging the same as before. When I pay upwards to $12 for a sandwich I expect it to be quality. I would put this on the same level as subway quality. I will say a positive (and the reason for the extra star) is that they customer service is always great. They are always happy to see you and greet you by name. My recommendation is to get new bread vendors and up the quality of the meat, especially the chicken. I'd love to start coming back as it's so convenient even though it's pricey.

Delicious veggie sandwich on warm focaccia bread. The side Salad was fresh with shaved parmesan cheese. Everything was really good.
