the service was absolutely terrible. the workers were unreasonably rude and refused a refund when my grandma found a literal roach in her food. i also have a friend that found a glove in her food and had to go to the hospital for this unsanitary environment and once again they refused a refund for that as well. i don't recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! What a pie! Great experience at Blaze. Brett baked our pizza to perfection with great technique with the pizza paddle in the fire oven. Tasty and excellent service from this gentleman. 5/5

The last time I visited this place was a year ago and I thought I would never return. But we decided to try again in the hope that our complaint was at least considered. No. There's rap music playing inside with swear words, so it's a shame to go in with a child. The quality of service is terrible. The quality of the food is even worse. An excellent restaurant has sunk to the level of a dump to which I will definitely never return.

It needs management. The floor was very wet near the drinks ( I had to point it out), no music (again,vI had to ask them to put it on), no ice tea, no straws, no plates, no customer service at all (they couldn't be bothered to do anything), and a very cold atmosphere. The food was good though.Kid-friendliness: No problem with kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Use the elevator.

Love the pizza. It was late and the staff was tired, but still cordial. It's a pizza place, not fine dining so with that in mind we like their pizza and will be back.

Let me start by saying that my family and I have always loved Blaze Pizza. So this comment applies to this particular place, not in general. We came here hoping something had changed since our last visit a year ago when we vowed never to come here. NO, IT HAS NOT CHANGED. This is still the DIRTEST, run down, uncomfortable place out of all the pizzerias. It seems that you did not get into Fashion Island, but accidentally stopped by a canteen for the homeless. (Although I'm sure it would be much cleaner there!)Second, the pizza itself was burnt on the bottom and side, with black soot from burnt flour sticking to your pizza in layers. ? I didn't take a photo because I'm not in the habit of taking pictures of disgusting things.The staff is friendly and attentive.

Was nearby in the mall picking up a bday gift. Was hungry and reluctant to give this place another shot from about a year ago. Well, nothing has changed still tasteless pizza it's a joke what they call a pizza made haphazardly with little to no sauce or cheese, it was gross!! I was hungry and this place still disappointing as ever !

Came for lunch today. It was a terrible visit. Started with ordering, My husband wanted white sauce and they were completely out. The pizza selections were a mess. The drink area was a mess. They were out of the lemonade and the "advertised" blood orange drink. Then we go to pay at the register to find a mess behind the counter (see the pics). I was overcharged. I ordered the "mushroom $8.99 special" and was charged for a build your own $12.99. The cashier rushed to finish the sale, luckily, I asked for a receipt and found the over charge. I brought it up to the gentleman and he refunded me. We go to find a seat all the tables were a mess and not so sanitary conditions. Unfortunately due to the conditions of this location we will find another location to visit.
