Great food and service, nice prices, for quality food. The view of the water, is always wonderful!

It was Thanksgiving and we booked that day. We arrived early and they sat us right away. Beautiful view outside with gas heaters to keep us warm. Waitress friendly but after we got our food we never say her again. The dinner was ok stuffing was awesome but turkey was a bit over cooked. We would have like a bit more gravy by waitress never came by while eating.

It's a very loud bar environment with lots of kids and bar food located within a lovely bay front landmark hotel. When they did have a nice restaurant it was great now they only have a loud bar, uncomfortable seating, slow service if any. We actually left about two bites into our meal because we were so disappointed (with everything) by the time it had arrived. Perhaps they were just really off on that night but we won't be back. Left and went to Louie's by The Bay and had excellent meal and service.

Excellent manhattan cocktails. Hamachi in a citrus broth was so light and tasty. The panna cotta with a yogurt flavor was interesting and light tasting. Love sitting outside near the bay. Great service.

First visit here and delighted with the experience. Beautiful spot, we had a table outside on the deck, the fact it was such a beautiful day helped the experience I'm sure. Our server Rachel was great. Food was super tasty and drinks excellent. One small point just for feedback, we were a party of five and one of the cocktails was served with a dead fly inside the glass. No biggie really and it was replaced immediately, I was a little surprised that particular drink didn't get compt. Overall we had a lovely lunch

We shared broiled oysters, beer battered Icelandic cod tacos and enjoyed on tap lager. All were especially good.

Absolutely extraordinary Service. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and my friend ordered a chicken salad, we also ordered the garlic fries I believe overall the food was really good. The Customer Service was super friendly, very attentive. Definitely recommend for anyone to try it out

We love BBC for lunch or anytime, but our last visit was disappointing. Service was lacking. Sat at table for 10 minutes before server came for drink order. Server never returned after our meal was finally served to reorder drinks. Very disappointing service for my mom's 91st birthday celebration. We were only a party of 6.

The food, views and atmosphere were lovely. However the service was inefficient and incomplete. For a longtime leader in classic service and high-end customer care like the Bay Club, this was a stunning disappointment. The shortcomings ranged from needing to flag our server to order our dinner more than 1/2 an hour after we'd ordered our appetizers, to a 15 minute delay between the 1st and 3rd main dish arriving at the table. The wine we ordered when we ordered dinner came after the 3rd plate finally arrived. The server never came back to top off our wine glasses. We had to flag her down to ask for more water, which never came, and we had to ask for new place settings that were cleared with our appetizers and never replaced. Do better, BBC! Your service last night was worse than we would have expected at a moderately priced chain...
