First time at blue bottle since the old SF garage days. My latte was straight room temp tho. I wanted to bring it up to them but a group of like 8 German tourists had just queued up. If there’s a next time I’ll ask for extra hot.

I highly recommend Blue bottle coffee, not only are all the coffee options good but the staff is super friendly & helpful with drink options. The NOLA is my favorite & you can’t go wrong with the drip coffee is you want something more simple.

Overrated drip coffee. Place is backed by big money/fake reviews, nothing special about it. The customer service is fine, I am happy with the folks who served me, and the ambiance. This review is for the low quality coffee they sell. But truth to be told, bad products!

Decent coffee but there’s no seating. Entering, it appears as a coffee shop but it’s actually flex office space with an adjacent coffee window. One must rent a seat as each chair is a “work spaces”.
Great ambiance. Love the coffee here. It shares the place with a coworking space, Hana House where you pay $4 an hour to be there.

This location is very accessible if you're walking around the Lido area and looking for a good cup of coffee - if you're driving specifically for a visit here, that can be tricky.The staff here are almost always friendly, albeit busy when you come in. They have some of the best pastries here - I highly recommend any of their croissants in particular! Their menu is more unique than some other coffee shops, so it can be off-putting if you don't know what to order, but if you're a coffee pro, it's likely one you'll appreciate. On my latest visit I tried their seasonal black cardamom latte (hot) and it was delicious - particularly the orange flavoring! Their drinks have been hit or miss for me in the past, but I'm planning on coming back to order that again!Now, a couple of cons go with this review:The seating here belongs to Hana Haus, a rentable workspace, so there is no seating for Blue Bottle customers (you'd have to pay to book a spot). The prices of drinks are also about $1 more than your standard craft roastery (likely due to the waterfront space), which does keep me from being more of a regular. They also don't keep your more standard syrups like caramel or vanilla on hand to flavor your drink, so bear that in mind if you have a sweet-tooth. Their sweet latte is flavored with a syrup derived from raw sugar.
