Don’t skip this place! We ate at this bagel spot 4 mornings in a row while staying at a nearby hotel. Why mess with success? I didn’t want to go anywhere else for breakfast. Everyday I tried a new bagel combination 🥯. They bake their bagels throughout the day in small batches- that way they’re always fresh.

This is a fast casual restaurant. You can build your own bagel (it’s giving chipotle vibes) or order off the menu. You can also just order bagels...

Come here if you’ve got an hour or so before your flight at Santa Ana airport. Yeah it’s not “cheap” and Starbucks is next door but the food is good, the service is stellar and the vibe calms you down before or after your TSA trauma. Plenty of options, clean bathrooms, beware of parking time restrictions in the lot but it’s minutes away from the terminals. Don’t bother with the El Torito or airport food courts.

Vegetarian options: Bagels aren’t made of meat.
