Yesterday, I had a meal with friends at Cabo Cantina in Newport Beach and it was such a great experience! The vibe is awesome with colorful Mexican decor that instantly puts you in a good mood. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food was good and the portions… massive! Definitely recommend it if you're in the area!

Came for a drink and some snacks stayed for more drinks and lunch! Our bartender (I forget her name and feel so bad as we conversed for like two hours) was absolutely amazing! I definitely will be back while I’m on vacation here the next week! She was attentive, talkative and just outright the best!

Lively atmosphere with the best large margaritas ! We went on a Sunday and the restaurant was quite loud showing many of the football games. The margarita's were delicious and worth every penny. No one in our group was disappointed by the food.

Stopped in for a couple drinks while visiting. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Definitely would be a place I would hang out. Loved the open bar area with the window. Will definitely be back on our next visit to

What a fun place! We came here with a large group of 25, and the manager Lenny was so incredibly helpful from the beginning to accommodate us. He helped advise us on reasonable expectations a few months before our planned dinner and took into account major sporting events etc through the process. Once there, we were shown to a dedicated section of the restaurant, and Tiana was our assigned waitress; she was amazing. She was so kind and clearly experienced in handling large parties. She and the rest of the crew kept tasty drinks and delicious bites coming to order. Truly seamless. Jack was the DJ that night and was also awesome, taking our group’s song requests so the party vibes flowed through the night! Big thanks to the whole Cabo Cantina team!

Went during happy hour and the blond waitress talked us into the bigger margaritas implying they were a better deal for the bogo, but when we went to pay we found out the bigger margaritas were not part of the deal, so we are out $20 for no reason. Food was meh. Would not recommend.
