Visited Carl's Jr. recently, and I have to give a shoutout to Hugo, the cashier. He was incredibly friendly and social, creating such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. It was clear that he takes pride in his job—he knew the menu inside out and answered all my questions quickly and confidently. One of the worst experience we ever get on The manager Hugo has a really gross attitude I know customer service is no easy, but you sign in for this and maybe the customer before me was mean that doesn’t mean you had to be mean to the next one I was really polite and nice his response. It was disgusting. Plus the food. 🤮They need to check this location ASAP.

Price here is +$4. Got my order wrong even though they charged me for the more expensive meal. Gave me a burger instead of a western. A double combo here is $22. Insane to mess this up and pocket the $6-8 difference and get the order wrong

Got off work at 1:30 am and I was really craving some chicken stars and bbq sauce ordered 2 9 pc’s one for my brother and one for me my brother had asked for ranch and bbq and i had asked the cashier for 4 bbq’s and got no bbq sauces and was shorted a chicken star in my 9 pc
