Drive through took 15+ min because they couldn’t find a coupon code that i told them from the beginning of my order.
During the drive through i was harassed by a customer behind me (ig because it was taking too long to find the coupon code) and i went into the store and after another couple of minutes they finally gave me a order. But there was also another man with a similar coupon issue. After some online research, it seems like this coupon issue is plauging Carl’s jr locations.
I won’t be returning, too frustrating and lengthy of an experience.

One of, if not, the best Carl's Jr in Irvine. The staff is absolutely amazing and kind, especially the Manager, Daniela. My food is always prepared exactly to order, the fries are always crispy, and everyone there is always up beat. I've had several experiences here and it was time to finally review them with a five star for all the amazing meals they have made for me and my family. Honestly, great place to eat!
