True gem of relatively affordable food, hiding along the roadside before you fall into all the tourist trap stuff further down the peninsula. We had burritos filled with melty meat, beans, and cheese in tasty tortillas, tacos that didn't skimp on the fillings, washed down with cool horchata. I dream about their pork verde on a regular basis.
The salsa is ok it’s mild, we live in Newport Beach, I assume they don’t think of gringos like spicey salsa. The chips are sub par, but where they lack in free chips quality, this place flourishes in flavor on their main dishes. The tacos are great, the rice and beans are classic Mexican style. You can not go wrong with this place. Check it out! This is an honest review from a local.
