Chick-fil-A

My first experience at a Chick-Fil-A with the family and was very impressed with the service. A young man named Jacky went above and beyond for a location that was in a food court! He went around the dining area checking on customers that were eating Chick-Fil-A to see if we needed anything. Such a nice touch! Very impressed with Jacky and this location in Newport Beach’s Fashion Island Atrium.

Even though this CFA does not have a Drive-thru, when I went in to pick up my online order, a kind, helpful, engaging young man by the name of Brooklyn offered to help carry my order out to my car. Previously, I was avoiding this CFA due to the fact I am handicapped & it’s easier to go through the Drive-thru, but the fact that Brooklyn was willing to help me made all the difference! For this CFA, besides the fact that their food is consistently great, they have wonderful associates! Thank you, Brooklyn for helping me!🙏🏼 I hope to see you often! 😊

Chick fil a is so easy, you just walk up and order off the easiest menu ever. Even my kids knew exactly what they wanted right when;they saw the kids menu.

My order was wrong and my shake was leaking everywhere. In me on my way home. (It was dark out) So I couldn't see what was wet on me until I get home.

Noisy food court. Short wait. Hot and Great 12 grilled chicken nuggets. $16 meal for one person. Fast food becoming a little pricey. 😕

Mobile order, 4-8 minutes. App says food is ready momentarily. After 20 minutes of waiting for food to be ready, I ask. They say they'll check. 5 more minutes, nothing. I ask again 25 minutes later and the manager looks again and the bag of food has been sitting on the back counter the whole time. So soggy cold food and 30 minutes of waiting. Deleting the mobile app and never coming back

I was surprised to see that the straw stole my finger and ran away would not cum again

Disgusting!! i pull out a 1 ft long piece of hair out of the chicken fillet..Then i see the cook lady in the back preparing the food with NO HAIR NET...i immediately tell the kid manager about what happened and he asks if i want another sandwich or refund..i ask him why the cooks are not wearing hair nets , and that ive now lost my appetite and leave with a refund ,,so disappointing

Wait time for your food is always greater than 30 minutes. The staff is not trained and everyone looks stressed out. You can tell the managers are lost as well. Horrible service here.

Crazy how much Chick-fil-A can charge for a sandwich meal, 5 count nuggets, and chocolate shake. Absolute robbery given the fries were half full (so price should be half off), sandwich was not good, and the small chocolate shake was $8.

Great food, but the portion size has shrunk to a laughable level. My #120 wife now needs to order two entrees due to the small size.
