Okay place. Cold chicken wrap appeared to be with ground chicken that I haven’t noticed before in other locations. Also, and it’s not related to the specific location, I kinda missed the point when fast food started to cost as a restaurant meal

I had a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A Fashion Island thanks to Zachariah S. and his colleague David. Zachariah is an outstanding trainer—professional, patient, and always making sure everything runs smoothly. David is also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Together they create such a positive atmosphere and truly represent great customer service. Thank you both for making my visit such a pleasant one!

My first experience at a Chick-Fil-A with the family and was very impressed with the service. A young man named Jacky went above and beyond for a location that was in a food court! He went around the dining area checking on customers that were eating Chick-Fil-A to see if we needed anything. Such a nice touch! Very impressed with Jacky and this location in Newport Beach’s Fashion Island Atrium.
