My first experience at a Chick-Fil-A with the family and was very impressed with the service. A young man named Jacky went above and beyond for a location that was in a food court! He went around the dining area checking on customers that were eating Chick-Fil-A to see if we needed anything. Such a nice touch! Very impressed with Jacky and this location in Newport Beach’s Fashion Island Atrium.

Even though this CFA does not have a Drive-thru, when I went in to pick up my online order, a kind, helpful, engaging young man by the name of Brooklyn offered to help carry my order out to my car. Previously, I was avoiding this CFA due to the fact I am handicapped & it’s easier to go through the Drive-thru, but the fact that Brooklyn was willing to help me made all the difference! Typical Chick-fil-A, nice clean, good food, and good atmosphere. Great place to get some good clean food in your stomach for a reasonable price. It's also a great place to bring the kids and sit down as a family.

Parking: Plenty of parking, nice wide parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Good atmosphere, family friendly place, and well kept.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots and wheelchair accessibility.
