If I could give 0 I would I asked for extra cheese and the guy just sprinkled a little then I had to wait as he made another customers food before completing my order I asked for them to wipe the table down and it’s as if I was asking to much of them I got an attitude and they didn’t even wipe the table down right there was still food on the table I said thank you and literally got no response.

I've tried contacting this store several times and so did my Bank someone there try to order online five times using my debit card I've been calling this restaurant and nobody's answering the phone. Then I see on Reddit that this has been happening at the same location to several people

Weve been there twice and both times they have gotten our order wrong. This latest time they completely forgot to add anything in my burrito. Cant imagine it be hard to miss the chicken when I specifically asked for double chicken. Very disappointed.

I was asked to review my recent experience at this Chipotle, which is 1500 miles from where I live. Since someone stole my debit card info and dined at Chipotle at my expense, I will have to give it an "F" rating. In the end Chipotle paid for the criminal's meal.

I felt very disappointed and disrespected at this restaurant. They were out of cheese AND lettuce at only 12 o clock, how are you out of these ingredients in the morning? It seems unprofessional and disorganized. When i asked for cheese about 10 minutes later to see if there was any, they said the cheese was not at the right temperature to serve? Disappointed again. When i said “Ok thank you”, they laughed at me while I walked away. Their drink fountain was out of most sodas, the sprite was all carbonated and the place was a mess. There was rice on the floor. The workers were very rude to me, they gave me and snobbish look while ordering. When my daughter ordered a quesadilla they didn’t say they were out of cheese? How can I have a quesadilla with NO CHEESE. Overall this experience was disappointing, I am a loyal customer going up to 5 times a month and this was by far the WORST experience. I felt attacked and i felt discriminated by my race by the white workers, DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!

I’ve experienced the worst service I have ever experienced at a Chipotle here. Firstly, we came here shortly after the store opened and they were out of both cheese and lettuce. However we found this out after I had already ordered my sister a quesadilla, and they neglected to tell me anything about the lack of cheese. When I told the worker that I would not be purchasing the quesadilla meal. the worker blankly stared at me and would not listen to me. A while after, my friend went back in to ask for cheese, thinkng there would be some. Instead, the employees blatantly made fun of her and laughed in her face telling her there was no cheese. Very terrible service and poorly organized. Will not be coming back.

Always a good healthy meal at Chipolte's I had the chicken bowl with brown rice

Parking: Many parking spaces bit be careful during Summer days as many use this lot for beach parking
