Chipotle Mexican Grill

Portion size was less .. never faced this in any other Chipotle

This was the biggest disappointment. I had visited many similar places before, but this Chipotle was the worst. They didn't have beef, the portions were very small and also tasteless. And on top of that, the cashier was quite rude.

Waited in an empty line 3-5min with people all around working but not paying attention. The burrito was horribly rolled and less than 1min it’s extremely soggy and have to eat it like a bowl.

Can’t get ANYONE on the phone here. No way to communicate about orders or anything. Won’t be going to a chipotle for a while due to them not running their businesses well at all. Very disappointing to not be able to cancel /modify an order placed accidentally at the wrong pickup time. No help in store with fixing this issue either as it would “take money away from them”.

They don’t let you in at 10.26 because they open at 10.30 but they also open at 10.35. The food wasn’t too good. Also chipotle charges you too much for a bowl. Not worth the price/taste.
Employees were not polite or welcoming too. It was a disappointing experience for me.
Apparently my last visit to any chipotle restaurant for a while.

Our family love the food, healthy only problem too salty.

I come from Los Angeles and I think this area is nice and quiet and maybe that's why they take advantage of the fact that people don't tend to complain, but they serve very little food. It's even embarrassing just to look at how little they put in when I've eaten in many other stores that serve balanced portion. I don't know if it's something different with each employee or if their manager tells them that, but what a disappointment this store zzz…

Terrible chipotle. I love chipotle and have not had a bad experience except for this location. Took 10 minutes before anyone took my order while no one was being helped. The workers just hide in the back. My bowl was inedible and filled with charcoal pieces.

I tried the place twice in a couple of months.
When they burnt my quesadilla the first time I thought it might have been just one of those things, but when they did it twice...
How can you screw up a quesadilla?
And how do you send out something like this out of your kitchen?
