Chocolate Bash

I’ve been trying to get a hold of this location since Thursday no one will answer the phone or return my calls even though the store says open every time I go there close no sign on the door saying why they’re close

The customer service was whatever but what got me was why my freaking crepe was hard as a rock! I spent $15 on a crepe just for it to taste like nothing. The girl for sure didn’t know what she was doing and I can’t believe i wasted my damn money. I deserve a refund!!!!!!!!

I was traveling for work and not much was open on Christmas Day. I was thankful this place was open when I was craving dessert. There was only one girl working and she was definitely running around all over the place. She was extremely nice and still did a great job despite being overwhelmed. The chocolate covered strawberries were really good and fresh. The flavor of my crepe was only okay but the Nutella and strawberries saved the day.

Chocolate which turned out to be barely lukewarm milk with a sprinkle of cocoa powder. It was Absolutely disgusting.

Got the “banana roll”, which is supposed to be a banana wrapped in a crepe. It was just a flour tortilla from the store. Chocolate smells weird too (like rotten cheese).

Got the piña colada smoothie and cookie butter shake. Both very delicious! First time trying this place and Alondra was very nice and made great recommendations

I don't like to write bad reviews, but unfortunately I have to do it sometimes.
I came for viral chocolate with pistachio, first of all there is too much chocolate for this chocolate bar and not enough filling, you will almost not taste the filling.
Secondly, I took a latte , but it was some cocoa divorced with water, just horrible.
Thirdly - service, girl in the evening of the weekend can not cope with the work, two small orders we waited for 40 minutes
And most importantly, after 2 hours I had a severe stomach ache, unfortunately I will never go there again and would not recommend it.

My friend recommended this place to me. On September 7th around 3pm I went with my family to buy some desserts for a party we're having today, but the service was really bad. As soon as we walked in they kicked us out because they told us that all the staff was on break. Why did they have the door open if they couldn't serve us? It was a really bad experience going there.

Amazing strawberries and Liz was so sweet and amazing!! She did such a great job and we appreciate it! Can't wait to come back!!

This place is highly recommended to come and try out. Customer service is top notch, very nice and friendly employees and owner. Amazing drinks and chocolates snacks. Must try: Snickers milkshake, Turkish coffee, cookie butter Latte, and the crepes are to die for.
