Called at 11:30 to place order, they told me either order online or call back in 15mins. It is a big order for the office. So u ordered online with pick up time at 12:05. Couldn’t get email confirmation. We all only get 30 mins for lunch. Came by at 12:05 they gave me the deer In headlight look. Denying that there is any order. Finally the manager found the order after fiddling through the system. But by the time they rush the order and we can pick up food. Lunch time almost over because we all have to get back to work and have meetings, more than half of our office already gone to lunch. They even packed the 2 tacos in 1 wraps. There is the reason we order individual tacos so each person in office can grab and go. Terrible service, extremely disappointing.

We went to the one in Newport Beach, but I believe there are two in Vancouver Canada. This is a fast food place. Is mostly take out, but there are four seating spaces. We had 2 tacos, rice and bean paste, it was enough to share. They were very tasty. They have a wonderful assortment of tasty condiments to go on the tacos. They have a nice assortment of food choices. All a reasonable prices, way under $20. I go again if I was in Newport Beach.
