I ordered a scoop of coffee ice cream in a waffle cone and the cone seemed like it wasn’t the freshest. Overall good flavor and I’m a sucker for ice cream

We were the only ones in there and the girl was super rushing us. The caramel was disgusting.. 100% it's colored corn syrup. The sweet cream ice cream had no flavor. And the kicker? There is no option on the machine for no tip. It starts at 18%.. for unfriendly cashier just doing her job she's already paid for LOL. There is a "tip in cash" button option, just click that. Since when is tipping at cold stone mandatory? Will not return.

Great ice cream as always, I always stick with the milkshakes. Great customer service for how busy it can get during the summer hours.

It was a beautiful day yesterday I decided to go to Balboa and I saw this ice cream shop and I needed something delicious and cold. They did not have pistachio ice cream. My favorite, but I ended up getting the vanilla mixed with some caramel almonds and walnuts. It was delicious if you are anywhere around Balboa if you want something cold and delicious I think you should stop here and the portions are very big. I wasn’t able to finish my ice cream cone, which was a single cone, so you get a lot back ?

Love this place! I’m dairy-free and this is an awesome place bc they have a dairy free option. There’s only 3 down sides. One is has synthetic dyes, two they need more dairy free options, and three they need more gluten free options. Other than that, the place is awesome!!

There was a lot of candy. Wow! Not a bite without a goodie in it. And a medium was too big for me, I ended up dumping the last little bit. Definitely got our money's worth.

Love the ice creams and this was the only location who actually had someone nice and polite, the other locations have to do a check up.

They made serving ice cream such a complex thing it blew my mind, they overcharged me on top of it but I wanted to leave so bad at that point for my ice cream was melting. Couldnt even enjoy it because I was thinking about how I got ripped off the whole time

I just walked unto cold stone. Newport beach location. I waited 4 min till the girl came out. I bought I recess cup. The girl picked it up with her bare hand. I asked if the whole thing is edible. She said yes. I asked for another one. Told her this time please use gloves.

Big thanks to the staff working this afternoon - they were very patient and kind helping our group of 6.Moderately busy location near the beach (parking lot for customers). Everything tasted fresh and great!
