Terrible! I work remotely and the WiFi situation is terrible! Are you serious? $7 dollars for a drip coffee and yet no WiFi! Get out. It is insanely disappointing. Go elsewhere.

First coffee shop in Newport Beach who knows what a cappuccino is (6oz. Not 10, not 12, not 16. No such thing as a “small” or “large” cappuccino. Same goes with latte (8oz) I could rant forever about this but OC doesn’t seem to know coffee very well)However - seems they’ve never used a steam wand. Horrible foam, bubbly. See picture attached. Please watch a couple of YouTube videos on it.And interestingly enough they had my cappuccino ready within literally 20 seconds - this causes MUCH skepticism.It should take around 25-30 seconds to pull a good double shot of espresso. Then another 20-30 seconds to properly steam milk. Which we can tell from the picture they didn’t do.Please strive for better results, Crew Coffee.

Such a cute place to grab a morning snackie and coffee. Enjoyed a blueberry lemon muffin and an iced matcha. Brought my items to the Newport pier and walked along the beach. Easy parking, friendly people and charming atmosphere

Delicious bakery items and the best Nitro coffee! Not typically very busy in the early morning the girls working are typically very friendly as well.
Grabbed a coffee from here and it was great. Friendly staff and super quick service. The coffee was really smooth and I could tell it was freshly made. Some seating inside but there's a ton of outside area to enjoy as well!

This hotel is actually part of the Bonvoy program which is surprising considering their audacity of defrauding people that do not catch their surprise bait and switch rate increases. On top of this, their managers hide in the back room leaving their front desk staff powerless. I have stayed here many times and after what I encountered today will never return. On top of this I am seeing if Hilton or Hyatt will status match my ambassador status with Bonvoy. The management is very rude and uses an accusatory tone contradicting what their front desk staff say. Further they only correspond via the Bonvoy chat function as they cannot be bothered while sitting in the back room. You can't make up how ridiculous this is. I'm just happy I caught the $150.00 plus room upcharge that I was almost scammed by.
