Damn good food. Everything was fresh and tasty. They let you customize your sides which was real nice.

Great location to watch the Buckeye games or any other game and nice location as well. Easy in and out and good staff

Nice area, easy to order but the burgers were a bit dry a d the veggie tacos had minimal filling.

I had a great experience at cruisers. Service was great. Food was great. My bartender “M” was super cute : ). I recommend this place and definitely will be back. Conveniently located on Balboa Dr., Newport.

Service wasn't what I expected it to be. Servers only delivered and rarely checked on our party.

I’m genuinely puzzled by the high rating this place has on Google Maps. We were misled by the reviews and ended up leaving quite disappointed.

To start, there’s essentially no service — you place your own order through an app, and you're prompted to tip before receiving anything, which makes no sense. On top of that, there’s an added “service fee,” though it’s unclear what that even covers.

Prices are steep. We ordered a pizza, which was okay, but definitely not worth the price. The cocktails were just average, yet overpriced as well. Cleanliness was noticeably lacking — not something you expect at these prices.

In the end, we spent $100 on a pizza, fries, and two cocktails. For that amount, we could’ve had a much better experience elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t return.

Amazing experience. We are on our honeymoon and they were so generous to treat us to a dessert and couple of shots. Great food, even better service!

If I could give them a negative star review I would. Had the most awful experience at this bar this afternoon. We ordered on the QR code which is totally fine. We ordered mac and cheese and a deep dish pizza. On the note they did tell us that food isn’t ready for 40 minutes. We waited over an hour for our food. The rest of our party got their food as well as the tables around us who showed up after us. We finally get our food and my boyfriend takes a few bites of the pizza to find a black hair baked in the pizza.Terrible! Do not recommend. The owner and management staff should put in some work and time to look over their bars processes as well as the product the are selling.

Great sports bar atmosphere. Food was pretty good- was hoping pizza would be better for $30. You have to order from the bar or an app. The latter was ok, but didn't work for happy hour. Biggest issue was the 3.75% fee tacked on after before tax and gratuity. I hate when they do that that makes the pizza even more expensive.

This was a pleasant surprise! First - the pizza was AWESOME. Thin crispy crust, real mozzarella, nice sauce and the toppings (pepperoni and sausage) were plentiful. It's a pizza place near the boardwalk so it's not fancy but it's NICE, clean, love the app and the service was solid! We'll be back for SURE

Cruisers was a great host for the playoffs. Just wish they could have changed the AFC outcome!

Understood it's super crowded for sport events, however why take reservations if they aren't honored? Getting seated at makeshift tables outside in the cold is not what we reserved. They did put us inside after 15-20 minutes, so thanks for that. Menu was shortened for the event and by game start time they were already out of a lot of items. Food came out a lot faster than our previous experience here, however choices were very limited.

We were at Cruisers for the college national championship game. The place was packed but comfortable. The service, especially considering the big crowd, was great! Their food is always good. I recommend Cruisers as a great place for a meal and a game or just to hang out for pizza and beer in Newport! Go Bucks!!

We came for the Ohio State football championship and the staff did an outstanding job with the excess of people. We always have a good time when we come. Thanks for taking care of us!
