I'm miss you so much life isn't the same without my monthly trips to your incredible restaurant and those mind blowing kabobs. Wishing you all the best on your future endeavors Diab family. Looking forward to what's next

Wow. The end of an era. Been going here religiously for several years. Got a bad feeling when I tried to phone order on two separate occasions and was sent to VM. My worst fears have been realized. The best gyros joint in Orange County is closing its doors. Thanks for the memories Jamal. Best of luck to you and your family wherever you may be going.

I ordered our dinner at 5:49 PM Saturday by their web page online and it supposed to deliver between 6:15 - 6:30 PM, but they did not! I called them several times Saturday night, Sunday noon and also Monday. All calls go to VM that their are so busy and leave the message, and later we got the VM is full and this connected. They charged our card, and sent text confirmed our order and inform about delivery time, but did not send our order and never answer the calls.

First time n we drove from RPV. Waiting time not impressed. One ole guy cooking for like 15 people ahead of us. Then they forget our order and take another person's order ahead of our. Waited almost 45 min. The food was not fresh, hummus pasty no lemon and had a grey color. The olive oil was rancid. I would never return to this joint. Terrible service and worst of all stale overpriced food.

OMG this was the worst tasting Mediterranean food. First i preordered at 5:15 to be picked up at 6:30. It was obvious to. me that they made the food immediately and just let it set out. I ordered a greek salad that was left sitting on top of a hot Gyro and ahot veggie skewer. The veggies consisted of pepper and tomato the peppers had not even been cseeded. I cant believe ths place stays in business on CDM.

Today as we were on our way to newport beach we decided we wanted to have lunch here. The food was absolutely delicious. However the wait was a little long. I'd recommend calling in your order over the phone before coming here so that you can get your food fast. But we really enjoyed the food and we will most definitely return.

Generous portions and not spicy. Had the chicken kafta sandwich and chicken kafta plate.

The chicken gyro sandwich tasted like it had something old in it. Had to throw it out after a few bites. Won't be back:

Its Authentic mouth watering food, family prepare all food from scratch, besides the delicious falafel and yummy Shawerma, they have other dishes as eggplant, ohhh so good. amazing reasonable price, I cant stop my self from eating there.

Have had Damasq Cafe's falafel wrap twice now. The first time, it was really good--fresh, not fast-foody at all, nicely spiced, wonderful. The second time, the man who seems like the owner of the place made our wraps, and they were the best we've ever had in our lives. Filled with fresh herbs, incredibly tasty, with a perfectly toasted wrap--so good that we decided to write this review! This man is a falafel master! The only disappointing thing was that the owner wasn't wearing a mask, so we're not sure if we should return, even just for pick-up. But honestly we probably will because that was just stellar food (and because the door was at least kept open the entire time). The prep time was a bit long, but it was totally worth it for these great sandwiches.

I found this restaurant about a year ago, and I'm glad I did. Excellent quality food, that's consistent, and reasonably priced. Can't go wrong with a lamb gyro sandwich combo, with baklava when they have it freshly made.

Best gyros in town! Lamb plate ones are my go to :) also their dessert is so delish but very rare they have it available.

I've been promising myself that I would stop in here for the last two years. I'm glad that I finally did. The chicken gyro was fresh, hot and flavorful with great grilled veggies inside. The fries were hot, cooked just right and had some great seasoning on them. The portion sizes were generous. There was just the owner working the place during lunch time so it was a little slow but not bad. I'm looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu. They seem to pay attention to the little details that make the food a cut above.

This is one of our favorite spots in Orange County. Good food, where all of the meats are savory and flavorful.
