Service was fast, surroundings are fine although the parking lot is a bit cramped and don’t give off the best vibes.
With that said, the fire-grilled combo for $6.99 with chicken burrito, chips, and drink is nearly unbeatable. The burrito has pinto beans and cheese and was perfectly cooked. Chips were thick and crisp. Soda machine injected the perfect amount of sugar.
As a point of reference, McDonalds’s Big Mac combo is $12.39.

Honestly, I don't know why I was sleeping on El Polo Loco! Some of the best and healthiest fast-food around that's also affordable. This place is happening during the week, lots of people getting lunch! Occasionally the drive-thru line spills out onto Bristol St but it's well-staffed and they get you through.

Kiosk only ordering, 5 people on their phones in the back. I don’t want to use a Kiosk. I hate that stuff so much can’t ask about the item, can’t add or remove stuff, hate it.

The food is okay the customer service sucks they push you onto using the kiosk they will not help you they get mad if you ask for help and then on the kiosk you can't ask for stuff on the side that you don't want on your order

Drove up and barely found the restaurant. The sign was dark and the drive thru menu and surrounding area was dark. Mentioned it while getting my order and they turned the outside lights on. My chicken guacamole burrito did not taste right so stopped eating it midway through. First bad experience at a pollo loco chain. Very disappointing..

This place is the stingiest PL I’ve ever been to. Got a bowl and, it only had some dried out skin and, like 4 small size dice. It was dirty all the tables and, the employees were there laughing at stories like it was a backyard party.
