I visited this EL Pollo Loco today and I was very happy with the experience. I received a warm hello and was thanked for my visit. Most importantly the chicken was delicious. It was juicy, moist, and very tasty. Service was also very fast, which is always appreciated. Kudos to all staff!

The food is excellent, the restaurant is clean always, the staff is very professional and courteous. Especially the manager America is terrific. She is very well organized and always friendly. I eat lunch there everyday. This is the location on Bristol Street near Santa Ana Heights. Steve T.

El pollo loco has been our go to place. I love love their chicken avocado salad although the portion has gone way smaller than what I am accustomed to:( but the freshness and taste still the same!
The 2 stars is due to the size of the chicken. I ordered a 4 PC combo and the 4 pieces of chicken were so small they could be just 2. I also ordered an original pollo bowl, and eventhough it was very flavorful, the chicken that they put in the bowl were only shavings of chicken.

The food here has downgraded, the service is nice the employees are super nice but man they need to stop giving out stale tortilla chips. They probably make them and have them there for days they are super hard. Definitely not made the day of. And the pollo bowls they barely have any chicken on it. They fill it up to the top with just beans and rice. Disappointed.

This Pollo Loco has the best service and food. Love your Nachos. Just started coming here a couple of months ago. I like to change to a different item in the menu each time I visit. Today was your Nachos and last Monday it was your Birria Tacos which I think are new on your menu. Manager suggests me the item for the day, and so far I have followed her suggestions and have not been disappointed. Next week, I will try either your Birria Burrito or Quesadilla. Anyway, I go during lunch; I know it's busy during this time, but it's a great experience, so I don't mind waiting a bit longer to get my food. I've been here a couple of times also after work and service is much faster of course, and place is always clean.
