The service: the team at Fable & Spirit take the time to give their guests the best experience possible. The cocktails, and the food were all perfectly balanced in their flavors and excellently prepared-- what I loved most was that there were blends of flavors I hadn't experienced together before and they were delightful. I sat at the bar and Blake and his team took the best care of me.- Wood Fired Pizetta: delicious, I'd order again.- Short Ribs: delicious, but likely would not order again- Himachi (seasonal) Sashimi Plate: so fresh and amazing flavors, I'd always order their seasonal Sashimi.- Chasing Perfection Cocktail: Unique and delicious cocktail, would absolutely order again!!!- Callebraut Chocolate Budino: Shockingly delicious. This dessert was a show stopper and unlike any other dessert I've experienced. So I made a reservation for dinner the next day.We arrived twenty minutes before our reservation and could see that parking was a matter of chance.Our meal was enjoyable throughout, from the seating to the ambiance to the service, especially the food was excellent, indeed all the dishes we ordered could have been a 5. The food was presented beautifully and produced excellent flavors that meshed well together. Highlights - The Bone marrow, the Halibut and Octopus and even the salad were all flavors we enjoyed.The only thing is that American Express card holders may be told at the checkout that they can't swipe it, so it's better to have a backup card or cash (the only thing that needs to be deducted from the score).We have decided that we will be back soon to try other dishes, their salmon, pork belly and brussels sprouts.

Love dining here and have come back several times. The ambiance is relaxed and classy, service is stellar, and food is delicious.My absolute MUST is the Guinness brown bread. I love it so much, I’ve (unsuccessfully) attempted to recreate it at home. The honey butter compliments it beautifully.Hamachi crudo is fantastic. Bone marrow, pork belly, octopus, mussels as well. We got the fish n chips for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised by the curry-like mustard that came with it. All the cocktails are solid. I never leave here disappointed!

My husband and I met our friends here for a double date to celebrate a birthday. My friend is a big time Foodie and she highly recommended Fable & Spirit. The inside was super classy with quality furniture, and they have a huge wine selection. The service was great, just as you would expect from a nice restaurant.When we went they had a popular fries chicken special and a bacon burger. Both were mouth-watering and absolutely delicious. We ordered brussel sprouts for the table and each had a couple cocktails. This was our second time here and it was a hit, again. Great cocktails, service was good and the food was excellent. Started with the Brussels sprouts and Guinness brown bread they were addicting! Short rib was also very good as well as the rack of lamb. Paired with he red wine save to cut the gaminess and you’re in for a treat. Desserts are where this place kinda falls apart. I’d skip dessert here and take a walk to find another little ice cream shop or somewhere else to finish off the night.

Great experience eating at Fable & Spirit. The cocktails and wine selection were great. The food was amazing and the restaurant also had a very tasty options for our vegetarian friends that accompanied us. The Octopus, rabbit, and bone marrow were all amazing appetizers. I really enjoyed the rack of lamb and halibut dinner plates. The Risotto is amazing!!! If you have any room left, I strongly encourage you to get the pumpkin spice cheesecake. The atmosphere is great, even if you're seated outside like we were. Many heaters and the staff is very accommodating.
