went to Frame Broiler on Jamboree Road and I honestly will not be coming back. I ordered an Avocado Salad with chicken and the experience was extremely disappointing. The photos show decent portions of avocado, but what they actually serve are paper-thin slices that feel like a joke.

When I asked them to check the portion, the lady at the counter started reading off the menu about “three ounces of chicken and avocado included.” I can read just fine—that wasn’t the issue. The issue was that they were clearly serving much less avocado than what is advertised. Her “solution” was to add two more thin strips of avocado, which still wasn’t anywhere near reasonable.

The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, and the food does not match the way they promote it. I only went because I had a coupon, but even with that, I regret wasting my time and money. Definitely not recommended. we had to go next door to get some decent food! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE

Terrible customer service. Big guy at the register refused to greet me. I said hi twice then only realized he didn’t want to acknowledge me. I felt he was against me because he didn’t like the way I look. Didn’t say thank you either. He had this hate in his eyes. He did check to make sure I tipped him though. I wouldn’t want to be alone in the place with him that’s for sure. And the soda had no fizz. Bye. Forever.

Please have Laura be a little more attentive to customers she has a attitude the moment I place my order over the phone and when walked in

This is noting personal I think she just need to have more training I witnessed with at least 5 more customers that walked in since my order was not ready I had to wait over 20min

Stewed carrot, just like broccoli. Tasteless does not mean healthy. They charge you dearly with the history of healthy Korean food, and what it tastes least like is Korean food.
Ingredient... pepper and salt and go with God.

I tell the woman at the checkout that it is not the product I paid for and her response is: then eat at home. All customers here are happy.

The answer is very nice.

I won't come back here even drunk. A scam.

Fast food with a Korean flair. Simple meal, but expensive for the amount given. Good food overall.

The women and man working this place are lazy and messy. These close 45 min early. The place is filthy. The woman has her son sitting in the restaurant. Someone should call Cps. The old man cooking doesn’t wear gloves or a mask and I saw him use the restroom and blow his nose. This location is a disgrace.

Tasted like beef jerky and it was just packed with rice and a sprinkle of beef

Brought in a dinner BOGO coupon. That's literally all it said on the coupon. I assume by two things the cheaper is free. Nope. Bought a works plate and a regular tofu bowl and got $6 off. Idk what the price even is. They don't honor their own coupons? These coupons were also specific to this location only not a general deal. It's the one closest to my house so I go every so often but will avoid when possible
