I've been here a couple of times with my parents and have been treated very kindly and overall enjoyed the experience; however, this time I went with some friends and defenently didnt get the same treatment. The four of us were kind to our waiter, making sure we were patient and always using please and thank you the entire night, yet it seemed we weren't getting the same treatment as the same tables in our section. We were not checked on once until the bill came, which was as if we were being rushed out because our check was given to us before asking if we wanted anything else. It was simply given to us as soon as the waiter saw we finished eating, although we wanted to order dessert. Everything was also very slow, which I won't blame anyone for because that might not be the waiter's fault, but we did have to wait more than 20 minutes for a scoop of ice cream. I know there's a stereotype of younger people not tipping well at restaurants, and due to that, we tend to get poor treatment, which is beyond unfair, but we always tip 25% or more, and we were prepared to do that on our visit to Great Maple, but, feeling like we were a bit mistreated, we did not. I work in customer service myself, and I know the stereotypes or simply having a difficult night, but that doesn't mean we can be treated differently, especially when we were kind the entire night.

Trash service.

The front staff clearly has no idea how to seat people. No greeting, no communication—just a clueless and unorganized operation.

Completely unprofessional and in serious need of basic hospitality training.

Go somewhere else that’s actually worth your time.

The Falafel is NOT a Falafel. The Humus is NOT a Humus. The waiters are nice, but the chef needs to be fired for serving a terrible food!

First and last time coming. Stopped in for dinner with my kids, there were about a totally of 6 other tables. We ordered quickly (as you do with kids), it took over 20 minutes to get our food. I ordered the ribeye medium rare. It had charred edges on the steak, was super dry like it sat under the warmer for too long, and a medium well at best. Because the food took so long and I had kids, I didn’t bother sending it back. For $44 you could get a better steak at Outback. I only saw my server one other time, everything I needed to ask for I had to ask other servers. The atmosphere is really nice and it’s convenient to go to while shopping, it’s unfortunate.

Their fried chicken & doughnuts an odd combo but delicious and filling. Service excellent the only thing that would limit our visits its pricey for breakfast or lunch.

The food was ok, certainly not bad, but definitely not special—especially for the price and poor service. The over priced iced tea was not worth $8. They didn't serve everyone at the table at the same time so we had to wait over 15 minutes (not exaggerating) for everyone to be served so we could all start eating. We had to ask the staff twice for the remaining dishes. Our server was no where to be found for the duration of our meal, so we had to flag other staff for help. We also placed a to go order and that took an additional 30 minutes because they left the order on the counter (in our sight) but no one brought it to us. Had to flag down another staff member to ask about it, and yep, that was our to go order sitting on the counter right next to us the whole time. The waiter waisted no time to collect the check with his tip though! There are too many other great restaurants around to even bother going back.

We sat outsider so it was lovely. I had the salmon salad which was fabulous. My friend ordered the meatloaf which was not very good...

Hostess didn't let us feel we were welcome. Maybe it was because we were not caucasian. Waitress very nice. We totally felt welcome and got a good care.
