Food was mid, definitely overpriced. You are paying for the convenience / location. For lunch on a Thursday, I ordered the blat, my sister ordered the falafel, and my mom ordered a salad with dressing on the side. The blat had 0 flavor. I tried the shrooms on their own and they weren’t very good, my sister enjoyed the flavor though, so perhaps it’s a matter of preference. The regular French fries had more pizazz in my opinion. I’ve had better sandwiches at TOGOs or subway to be fairly honest. For $22, I expected way more. I tried adding jalapenos and salt, but the saving grace was some salad dressing to the sandwich. The waiter was kind to share a free dessert card for the next time we come back, but I personally won’t likely be back at their prices and plant based options. The falafel was dry, but it’s rare falafel is done right when eating out, so i’m not surprised. My sister appreciated extra tzatziki sauce to add some moisture to her meal.My mom’s salad came without dressing, but that was an easy fix. She was the only one to have rave reviews about her salad. She loved the vibrancy of the watermelon radishes and overall freshness of her greens. The atmosphere was clean and sophisticated, but that’s to be expected when dining at fashion island.Perhaps their breakfast or non-plant based options are better. For 3 meals and no alcoholic beverages at $100, the meal was overpriced and underwhelming. I did appreciate the waiter being receptive to the feedback, and the overall atmosphere of the location. However, I probably won’t be back on my own accord.

The Cobb salad was substantial. I probably shouldn’t have ordered the chicken noodle soup, but it was great. The waitstaff were spread thin despite the restaurant being half empty on a weekday lunch.

Very unique menu. Especially liked the all day brunch menu. Not many places have it. Looking forward to coming back because there's a lot of other food I want to try

The food was not very good. Our French toast was burnt and bacon was cold. I had 2 small bites of avocado on my salad. My son had his plate for 10 minutes and the server came and took it away thinking he was finished. We won't be back

Highly recommend this lively and delicious place. If you like bacon, you'll love the Great Maple. Fresh donuts are to die for, and have little bacon bites on top! Salad dressing has a bacon flavor +++ Great staff/service, too

Awesome Bloody Mary!

reservation - was seated 30 minutes late due to a previous customer. The manager apologized and offered free dessert. The patio was very noisy due to the weather causing the plastic window coverings to be on. Food and service were good as usual - but really $6 for coffee!

Great breakfast! We enjoyed the French toast logs and the chicken and maple donuts. Everything was delicious. Service was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Atmosphere was fun and not crowded on a Saturday morning. We loved the whole experience.

Excellent food and excellent service today at Fashion Island Great Maple. Very accommodating with our two small dogs. Food was excellent, as were the portion sizes. We look forward to another visit soon!

My husband and I sat at the bar for breakfast last Sunday. I ordered the modern breakfast with scrambled eggs. It came out with a plain overcooked omelet folded in half almost to mask as scrambled eggs. I kindly asked that they remake the eggs and the bartender agreed and apologized. My husband began eating but 25 minutes went by and I still did not have the new eggs. He waited for me while his food got cold. When the new order of eggs finally came out it was even worse than the first. Still almost like a flat omelette cut up with tons of brown spots all over. When I pointed this out to the bartender said he took my order off the bill. When the bill came my order was still there just $8 dollars taken off for the “scrambled eggs.” When I pointed out that now both of our breakfast experiences were ruined he literally rolled his eyes at me and walked away when I was in the middle of a sentence. The manager came over and reluctantly took my husbands meal off the bill which was still very weird they couldn't just comp mine but okay. Overall super disappointing experience given this is a breakfast place and I just wanted a good scrambled egg. I realize sometimes these things happen but on top of it to get such poor service was unacceptable. Will not be returning.

The staff was friendly. The host dropped a menu on the floor and still put it on our table. The prime rib melt sandwiches were luke-warm at best. They allow dogs to walk through the dining area, so keep that in mind if you do not care for this.
