Love this place, it's been here for years. Love the ho sum salad and dumplings. It's not authentic, but it is delicious. Great little, casual sit down place. Atmosphere is awesome, since the beach is down the street.

Beware: if you’re looking for a takeout place, this is not it. This is the worst Chinese food any of my family has eaten. I am not sure if it’s because of all the gluten free options, or because they don’t use egg, but this food needs some serious MSG and TLC.

You literally HAVE to go here. It’s a Newport staple. The Combo Salad is legendary, if getting takeout get the crunchies and dressing on the side and add once home.
The lunch special (choose 2 of half chicken fried rice/half salad/half wonton soup) is what to do. Weekend brunch to with bottomless mimosas great for a Sunday!

The flavours are so good, his dumplings are made of chicken, and although they are very delicately made, it's hard to tell they are made of chicken.
The service is always warm and attentive, reflecting the excellent culture of the staff at this restaurant.

Amazing food. Would never eat there as the seating arrangement is kind of cramped. Employees are usually pleasant and the glazed spicy chicken on rice is excellent.

We were visiting the area and ordered to go, Combo fried rice which had a burnt taste. We also ordered orange chicken. Every Chinese restaurant we have ever been to for the last 40 or so years give a container full of orange chicken (beef, pork or whatever). In this case the container was about 75% white rice and a thin layer of "orange chicken" on top. Bottom line, skip this place and go to an authentic Chinese restaurant.
