Great spot plenty of room here with good chairs. They have nice TVs to watch a good bar stocked with some good stuff and the food's really good too.

This place does not have equitable rooms! Do NOT stay here! The front of the property appears nice. If they walk you to the back, you are entering a “motel” experience. Our room was next to the dumpster and recycling area. Bugs were present, the room was not as advertised. A bug was on the bed. A bug was delivered to my room in bowls I was suppose to feed my dog out of. There were ants eating a dead centipede at the front door of my room. No garden view with patio, . They’re rocks and a dirt hill. It was not a resort. No bar service for food or drink at two of the three pools. Worst experience EVER! Had to pack up my family immediately and leave. It was very upsetting.

A great hotel for families. Service at the hotel was great. Breakfast for globalists was tasty. The rooms are definitely a bit dated with some wear and tear. If they were to refresh the rooms I would definitely give the hotel 5 stars. Great location. Right next to the beach ;)

We love this location with many amenities to do with kiddos in this resort during labors day weekend and foods are good at shore restaurants for our breakfast ?? Activities Include water slid, cruiser bike, s’ more, golf and movie ??

This hotel is more family friendly. I was trying to relax by the pool and just too many kids running around yelling and screaming. The room adjacent to my room had kids yelling and kept slamming the door. They started slamming the door at 6:30am and running in the hallways. Wasn't a relaxing trip.

The room was a long walk from anywhere even w valet parking. Nothing exceptional about the accommodations, towels were low grade, pool was furnished w run down furnishings and unclear about “bands needed” an overpriced experience.

English Bob was an incredible waiter and all of the staff from valet to the check in experience to the housekeepers were all extremely friendly and very helpful! They all gave us great recommendations in the local area and assisted us in everything we needed! The fitness center was one of the best fitness centers of any stay I’ve been to!

I stayed here long time ago. Rooms have been updated and are large, bed comfortable. Pool is great, especially the quieter ones. Not thrilled about the $40 per day resort fee but I realize its a thing. Bar, restaurant is good as well.

For this price, you expect something more than a name. The furniture was chipped, the bathroom was not bright enough. I could hear the neighbor upstairs walking, and there was a squeak in the floor that I'm sure annoyed the neighbor downstairs. There are two pools that looked nice. The bar food is bar food at only 1.5 times the price you should pay. I was there on business, but I would never pay my own money for this.

We love this place. It's attractive, conveniently located, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The menu has recently been upgraded at the Shor, and the breakfast we had was terrific. We always look forward to staying here.

This hotel is gorgeous! Everything is top notch. The rooms, the service, the ambience, the pools, the gym, the restaurant, the meeting rooms - just above my expectations and I didn't want to leave! All of the Staff treat you like royalty. I love this place!
