Honestly one of my favorite spots in OC! I remember the first day I discovered this quaint little cafe I felt like I had somehow found myself in Italy. The food and employees are authentic and so welcoming. I love to try everything but the ahi, panini and chocolate chip cookie are my favorite!

This place has everything to satisfy your cravings. My favorite is the Classico panini and a chocolate chip cookie. The food is delicious and desserts are the best . Frank is so sweet and makes you feel like you're part of the II Barone Family. Great experience every time I come by. I'm a lifetime customer

Avoid this place. We came here for dinner and the restaurant is actually pretty, service is really good too but food sucks. We ordered a couple glasses of wine to start and the quality wasn't good enough for what you pay. The waiter offered the chefs specials and in choosed the ravioli and my friend the carbonara. Food only took literally 5 minutes so we were shocked. Portions were tiny, beautiful presented but cold, my raviolis were not even done defrost when they microwave them, sauce on top was cold. Hard to believe they charge $45 for that... The carbonara was cold and pasta overcooked when they advertise is al-dente. Anyway, we decided to try their desserts, cannoli was decent, not fresh made but okay. The cremes brulee was literally the only good thing made to perfection. I wouldn't recommend this place or come back, you can get a much better meal for much less money at many other restaurants around.

Where to start. Walked in and the employees were not wearing masks. Neither were the customers. Even if you think masks are a waste there is a strong likelihood many of your customers will disagree. The food was poor. My wife had a croissant with ham. Very little ham. Just take a look at the picture. I had meatloaf that had been reheated. Paid $20 for the food. Not worth it. Won't be back.

First visit With eight people. We had two of the daily specials Dash filet mignon stew. We had two salmon dishes. We had pasta with shrimp and grape tomato sauce. We had ravioli. All were considered excellent by our group. This is one of the finest Italian restaurants I have visited all over this country and recommended it highly
We had not been here before but, on the recommendation of a friend, decided to give it a try. We were very pleased with the quality of the food. It’s not your “normal” Italian fare of spaghetti and meatballs or similar basic items, but instead a classic Northern Italian menu with many great choices. We found the service to be smooth but not quick ... but believe it’s due to the care they give to the preparation of the food. They have an adequate wine list, and priced reasonably. You should go even if the menu doesn’t spark a quick choice as the daily specials from the chef are very enticing and we found them delicious. Give this a try ..

I’ve not tried this place before. My son and his family were visiting me this weekend. I decided to take them to try this place. Everyone liked it! Good service, nice menu selection plus specials. On the expensive side. Also they automatically charge a service fees for party over 5 person at 20%.

Very nice restaurant for our business group to meet. Authentic Italian food and wait staff. We always try several appetizers to share with the group and the entrées are a good size where are you really don’t need salads as an appetizer. Of course the group always shares desserts sampling three or four of their favorites. We’ve never been disappointed

Was came in for lunch - restaurant is pretty nicely decorated inside menu for lunch was so overpriced , service was good , food was good small portions for the price , very overpriced $$$ they have valet parking which is not needed nice parking lot where you should be able to self park yourself
