Yuckiest turkey burger I ever had in my life . Bread tasted soar , turkey patty was smelling like rotten fish. Wish I could have avoided . Staff was friendly though and order arrived quick .

Rude, greets everyone with a disgruntled face. He didn't say hello to me at all, I had placed an online order and came to pick it up, so he looked at my phone, demanded that I show that I had picked up the order, violated my personal boundaries.I have never seen such people anywhere. If he doesn't like something, let him sit at home and not work. And by the way, he was very unkempt, his face was sweaty and he had a terrible odor, watch out for employees for their rudeness and indecent appearance.

I'm pretty sure I started levitating the minute I tried the milkshake it's literally the best one I've ever had in my life. And the fries..PERFECTLY SALTED. I don't think I've ever had such a spiritual experience at a burgers place but there's a first for everything. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!

Irvs was so good after I was done fishing my son in the morning the breakfast burrito was so good the pasture raised eggs were so good in the first bite and the juicy bacon watered in my mouth. I truly do recommend it if you are into burgers and burritos. They also are a seed oil free company which is good.

The milkshakes are delicious, the staff's attention is very good! The burger is amazing, greasy but tasty.
12 of us walked in at 8:47pm thinking they closed at 10:00. But they really were closing at 9:00. But the workers were so nice and happily took our orders. Our first time eating here. Everyone loved their food. I had the patty melt. So good. We had chili cheese fries. Amazing. My husband had a chili cheese dog and loved it. The flavor of the burgers with the slight crunchy edges were delicious. We appreciated the kind service. We will be back!

We ordered from postmates so we could try their breakfast option. I got turkey with hatch chile and I’ve never tried hatch chile but yeah it was so absolutely delicious!
One time we went to get early dinner after work, around 5pm, and burgers and sandwiches were perfect. Every time I’ve gone it’s great food, speedy service.
Very limited seating. You’re lucky if you get one of the five seats inside, other than that just go outside and sit on one of the patio tables.

This is a great burger place but I don't know if it's worth the hassle of finding parking at Balboa Pier. It's a place to go if you already have plans to go to the beach and need a place to eat.
Got the best burger and it was great. Their fries are pretty solid too. Now is it worth $17 for the burger and fries? Eh that's totally up to you and how you like your burgers. For me, In N Out is always gonna be in my heart so I would say no it's not worth it but def a good experience! Still a great burger shop and hopefully they continue to do well
