We got short served, we had to remind the server we were missing a food item, it turned out the staff was still holding it and forgot to hand it to us, we had to ask her if we needed to wait. But she gave it to us as soon as she reminded herself she still had it in her hands.

This is my favorite local Jack-in-the-Box. The food always taste super fresh. They’re friendly and fast if I’m gonna go to Jack-in-the-Box, this is the one I like to go to.

Ive been going there pretty frequent lately. after hours like around midnight or so and I go on my scooter, yes through the drive through. it's awesome. my puppy and I scooting on by ;)

Just went through the drive through at 1130 pm during a weekday. Nobody answered after trying to get service. Then went to the drive through window. Some older lady looked at me but refused to attend. Had to drive off. Poor costumer service.
