Had three big kahunas made. The guy put the wrong cheese on it so had to remake them. When he remade them he literally put a handful of jalapeños in each sandwich. I think out of spite. Very poor way to treat loyal customers

Employees locked doors during business hours. I came to pick up a mobile order. Door was locked. I knocked and was ignored. I shouted and pointed at my phone i have a mobile order. At 8:58 they then unlocked the door and helped me. Will NEVER order from this location again. Never tipping again. I was ignored- a paying customer during business hours.

I went to this store for consumption a few days ago. saw a disgusting scene. An employee sneezed at the food and laughed from time to time. Only later did I know that he was the manager of this store. It's really disgusting. How can the owner use such a manager?

No stars! Customer service continues to be awful at this location. I've been getting a Reg lettuce and tomato sandwich once a week from this location and Mission V location and tell cashier they charge me for a kids sub since I get no cheese and no veggies other than lettuce and tomato on bread. The tall black guy from across the room kept telling the cashier in the same loud voice I should be charged for a Reg veggie. I continued to say I was confused and get the same sandwhich every week from this location, instead of him explaining they aren't doing that anymore and that I'd be charged $11 for tomato and lettuce sandwhich, he embarrassed me in front of the others in the line by continuing to tell me no they can't do that, when I've been getting it that way for months. Horrible customer service and continuous yelling from where meat is sliced to cashier should not be tolerated by management. I use this location for catering at our company events and I'll never go to this location ever again. I plan on writing the manager directly as well as franchisee and the corporate office. Perhaps management should look at reviews and figure out why this store rates much lower than other Jersey Mikes on some social platforms.

Me and my friend came here before the beach and the people working were amazing. They honestly made me feel very welcomed and loved. They went ABOVE and BEYOND. I didn't get their names but I really wish I had. This made me want to come back over and over again!! Thank you guys!! U ate!!!

Most disgusting experience I've been through, I was assisted by a worker with Blonde hair with no Hat or net at all and tattoos, I can see her bun moving up and down as she was preparing my sandwich. As I got my sandwich i noticed something out of the ordinary and when I looked it was a hair, A Disgusting blonde hair on my food . Let alone she was just standing doing nothing .If you want special ingredients on your sandwich have her prepare it ?
