Well. To be honest. Didn’t eat here. Just heard the horror stories. My lady ordered her steak medium well. Came out mooing like a freshly birthed calf. So weird, I know. Bc like who likes their cooked steak mooing at them. Anyways. Moving on. then after the faulty prepared steaks they attempted to regain some sense of worth. But asked the WRONG one. So here’s her honest review. Food 4/10, atmosphere 10/10, customer service 10/10, price 6/10, cleanliness 10/10. So basically. If you want good food. Don’t come here. If you want a great everything else; by all means.

First time here. Loved the food and service. The ambience is great. Has a great outdoor space. Wagu carpaccio, hummus, udon carbonara, ravioli bianco, brûlée cheesecake, and butter cake are a must. Try the wagu carpaccio before it goes off the menu!

Absolutely love Joey. We hosted an event here and Madison, Jo and Jessica were absolutely incredible. They made sure the event went effortlessly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Usually you sacrifice quality of food, ambiance or service. This place offers the perfect trifecta.

We had an amazing lunch at Joey Newport Beach! The food was great (Steak Ravioli Bianco, Miso mushroom, …). Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the cozy ambiance made it feel like a hidden gem and I’ll give our server Olivia F definitely 5/5 stars. We'll be back soon!
