It’s clear they take pride in everything they do here - from the food, to the service, and the ambiance. Love this spot

It was our first time trying this and I really like it. It’s like a hidden gem on the other side of plaza! I like the taste, design, and portion of the food. I think it’s a nice place to chill and hangout with friends.

First and last time here (2pm) Came in for something different other than Kit and Keans on the same block. I forget these French themed spots always up charge for that privilege. Ordered americano and a cinnamon bun. Coffee tasted burnt and bun was hard as a rock, all of which cost me $11. Service was friendly. The interior designer was going for a distressed look meets frenchy boutique which in turn gives it an atmosphere of smugness and elitism. The owner/manager sets the tone for the rest of the staff, bland and vanilla. Pass on this euro trash spot and go to Keans where you can get a good tasting coffee and pastry for $7.

Horrible experience, went in 45 min before closing, ordered our food and paid 60$ for breakfast.
Coffee was brought 20 min later, after the food, cold, foam on cappuccino settled. The food, prosciutto tartin and shakshuka-mediocre at best.
And then the best part of our experience started. They began to collect patio furniture 20 min before closing with at least 3 tables, including us, still finishing their meals. The employees and the manager were extremely loud and chatty, as if there were no guests at all. They banged the chairs and moved them between the tables. The manager was telling a new employee stories about how trailers were parked all around the place in his 1960s and how these “creepy” patio chairs (we were sitting on) will be replaced slowly by “something nicer”. The chairs squeak, indeed. We addressed them when they started literally carrying chairs above our heads. The response from the manager was super rude-he told us that he will be very “frank” now, it’s “a casual cafe, not fine dining” and they will keep doing this as they are “always doing it this way, every day”, business as usual. Well, what to say. If the management is so incompetent and has zero idea of service (and the fact it should be provided at any hospitality spot, regardless the type of the outlet) what shall we expect of the staff?! The dishes were brought to us at different time, one after another, drinks came after food. No one has ever inquired how our experience was. There was a huge chunk of black hair next to my chair. Clearly, no one cares. Why would you let people sit 30 min before closing if everything they gonna get from this is discomfort, rude interaction and disrespect from your employees?!
Being at this place, it’s obvious the concept was borrowed from Maman, well, you should seriously learn from them then. Both on the quality of food and on hiring people. Your “manager” should not be a manager at any location as he obviously has no idea of management, he literally turns his back at your customers and walks away.
Huge disappointment, ruined Saturday morning and very unpleasant experience overall: everything we got from 60$ spent.
We did not ask for anything that you, guys, could not provide and as a Hotel manager myself, I strongly believe that personnel and management should care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction, which is nowhere there at your establishment.

The employees were nice, I was helping them put some chairs out as I wait for them to open. Long story short, the person claiming to be executive chef asked me to leave the restaurant in a very rude and uncivilized manner pointing to the door and moving his finger up and down “we’re trying to work”. I wasn’t in his way and I didn’t talk to him. Just a rude person with an ugly ponytail. I will probably never go back here again and I only live 5 minutes away. Good job!

I’ve been to Juliet’s Café multiple times, but sadly, my experiences have gone downhill. The first visit was excellent, with great food and service. However, since then, it's been progressively worse.
Last week, I waited in line for 30 minutes, and then for my food afterward. The register system is poorly managed, making the wait unbearable for the cost. Despite the good food, the service doesn't justify it.
Today, I decided to give it another try, hoping for improvement. I went solo with my Goldendoodle, waited 20 minutes in line, and then outside. When I finally got my food, it was cold. They admitted they messed up their internal numbering. I requested warm food and inquired about my latte, which was left inside and cold by then. The hostess was polite but mentioned they don’t have managers, only leads.
The owner approached me and was downright rude, and then actually belligerent. I ended up asking for my money back and they had a difficult time providing me with that.
Didn’t listen to my concerns nor are they interested in any feedback ... When I mentioned the decline in service over my visits, he rudely said I was the only one who felt that way, despite Google reviews indicating otherwise.
With many great dining options in the area, Juliet’s Café is no longer worth it for me. I give it six months tops.
