This place was amazing! I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy and didn't think I'd enjoy the food here. My wife ordered a meal but I passed. After taking a few nibbles of her food I ended up ordering a plate for myself. It was incredible! The only problem is there aren't any restaurants near where I live. Next time we're in the area of Newport (Fashion Island) or Irvine we will definitely be eating there.

Inedible. I ordered the mango chicken and I could not eat it. It tasted like the color brown and then my tongue just burned. There’s no way this food was prepared today. The salad was limp and bleached of color. The Brussel sprouts had zero flavor. And the sauce was also tasteless. There were 4 tiny chunks of overcooked mango in the entire thing. I tasted zero mango otherwise.My friend had the ahi avocado poke bowl and there were 5 little chunks of ahi in the whole bowl. I made her stop eating it because with food this poor tasting I was worried about the safety of eating raw fish at such an establishment.Service was swift and helpful. The cashier made the bowls to order … meaning they were assembled from premade salads and put onto a plate.Super cute location but oh my gosh the food was truly nasty.

Very nice wholesome lunch! The lemonade as great as well! I got the braised beef with mashed potatoes with some sautéed veggies. Wish we had one up in the Seattle area!

The worse customer service ever.There was a long line and just one person was serving and he was super slow take his time . I didn’t understand for almost twenty people in line just one person was scheduled to work on Saturday.

This place is awful. My friend and I went to this place for Lunch, I found a cockroach bug on your plate of food. It was a horrible experience. And I was very surprised that the waiter did nothing, she only offered to replace my plate of food and continued to pretend everything was fine . I should have taken more pictures and video . I will never go to this place again . It was a disgusting experience

I'll give a solid B. The food and presentation were perfect, solid 5/5. I had the classic grilled cheese. Everything about it was perfect and right temperature.Now, the area where I draw my line from B to A territory, the order line is confusing. Yes, I'm aware it's a quick service. What is rather confusing, there is no "start here " sign or "order here." You have plenty of great looking dishes along the sneeze guard, yet it just felt a little jumbled. There was also no one asking me what can I start with, may I help you or are you ready?Thirdly, I understand your concept and I enjoy it. I'm not the GM, the owner or even the franchisee owner, so this opinion is meaningless. My two cents, I liked the lemonade, I enjoyed it. I know you want to be more on the health side, but, and I say but, if you add a soda fountain, you'll have sales increase tremendously.Thank you for a great visit.

It was okay. I always eat at the Huntington Beach location and the Newport location was not as good. The protein was firm for both dishes the sides did have flavor though.
Been going here for years and had been consistently good. That sure changed…..portions have been getting smaller and smaller. But now the bread on the sandwich tasted like it was 2 weeks old. It was bad enough I won’t be going back especially after telling the manager lady who gave some sort of bs excuse.

The food was pretty good. Great flavors. Didn't seem fresh though. The worst part of our experience was Jacob. We walked in and were somewhat greeted and asked what we would like. I saw a sign that said "try a sample" of the poke bowl but when I asked, I was told corporate wouldn't let them do samples. Very odd since it was a corporate sign that was up. My wife asked about a few sides and Jacob turned and walked away to talk to another female employee. He didn't acknowledge my wife's questions as all. The other employee seemed to give him an online order to fill and he started working on that. He completely left us at the counter without helping us or saying anything. So we stood there for a few minutes trying to figure out what was going on. Another employee, Bobby, noticed we had been left by Jacob and came over to help us. Bobby was super helpful and knowledgeable. However there were a number of up charges on the receipt we weren't told about during the ordering process. We wouldn't come back based on this visit.

Why does everyone working at this location look like their dog just died.... The manager should really be more on top of the general attitudes of the people working it really kills my excitement to eat the food. Also it's kind of confusing how to order if you haven't been to a lemonade before so basic communication skills are pretty important just sayin. The food is usually pretty good like most lemonade locations except the one time I got food poisoning haha I just didn't feel great so maybe a refresher in food safety and handling needs to take place. Probably the worst lemonade location in Orange County which is pretty shocking for Fashion Island.
