Marché Moderne is an excellent restaurant, exceling in all aspects. The service is top-notch, with servers able to answer questions and provide wine pairings for main courses. The food is also excellent, with delicious bread served before meals. While the dishes may not always be innovative, they are well-presented and satisfying. Desserts are a highlight, with sweet treats like banana cream and black forest cake; the Crème Brule is the best. This restaurant is perfect for special occasions, with attentive and professional servers making every visit a memorable one. Larissa our server greeted us immediately and started us off with beautiful cocktails, pointing out specials that were delicious. The food was astonishing, very flavorful. The Scallop Crudo with Parsley and Ginger Extraction was a favorite, as was the Tartare Filet de Boeuf. Everything eaten, drunk, and smelled was unbelievable!
