We love the Amelia salad and the crab! Our service was wonderful as usual! One of our local favorites!

The food was marginal at best! The soft shell crab was an embarrassment! Tomatoes were terrible as they must of been from Safeway . I could keep going very sad

This food has excellent food. Unique preparations and perfectly seasoned. The staff is very knowledgeable and tried to make it an exciting experience.

Larissa our server greeted us immediately and started us off with beautiful cocktails and pointed out some specials on the menu that were delicious!! The desserts were amazing!!!

Beautiful experience! Our server was very attentive and made sure we were happy, he made sure we had everything we needed. The food was astonishing, very flavorful. The Crème Brule was the best we've ever had. Absolutely recommend.

For the money, there are better options in the area. Waiter was snobby, rushed us to order but then didn't come to ask if we wanted to order more drinks. Was halfway done with entrees by the time he checked on us so I kept it to myself that our pomme frites arrived cold.

We love going to Marche Moderne. Our experience was wonderful. We had a great young yet experienced waiter. The food was, as always, filled with flavor and a little interesting twist. It was our anniversary so they tucked us away in a cozy spot and made our night feel special. Thank you MM

Delicious!!! Everything I ate, drank, even SMELLED was unbelievable... the Scallop Crudo with Parsley and Ginger Extraction was by far my favorite, but the service was impeccable also. My husband ordered the Tartare Filet de Boeuf, and that was his favorite thing that he ordered. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a great anniversary dinner last night. It takes an entire staff to make it that. So Bravo Marche!

Excellent dining experience w our waiter Phillipe. Served our brought in bottle of wine regularly without our need to ask. Checked on us regularly during the meal, and allowed us ample time in between courses whereas our dining for 2 took a beautiful 2 hours 15 minutes. I hate when I go to a fine dining experience and get rushed out or feel like I get rushed out. Overall, we had the Amelia, and tomatoe salads, the hamachi w the sorbet w a touch of jalapeño were delicious. We then had for our entrees the lobster flambé and the soft shell crab. Both amazing. Dessert was topped off with their Apple Tarte. Really a great meal overall.

A wonderful French restaurant in a classy location. Well-served dinner (we opted for the limited Spontane prix fixe meal) perfect for a birthday dinner/special occasion. Bon appetit! Lucky Pierre!

There was a large table of at least 8 women that were exceedingly loud and shrill. The down so others nearby can hear themselves talk. The cuisine and service from Evanne was impeccable. This is undoubtedly the finest restaurant experience in the OC.

Marché Moderne delivers an exceptional dining experience. The food is nothing short of excellent, with each dish showcasing bold flavors and impeccable execution. The service is truly amazing—attentive, warm, and professional, making every guest feel valued and cared for. While the decor feels a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh to match the vibrancy of the cuisine, it doesn't detract from the outstanding quality of the meal or service.

Marche Moderne never fails to deliver on outstanding Michelin Star level food, service and ambiance. It is one of if not the greatest restaurants in Orange County.
