Bouillon and Moulin are my two most favorite restaurants to visit. I’ve introduced many of my friends to this place and we’ve always had a great time and ate well. The service is good and the food well made. It’s a solid choice to try if you are in the area!

I'm from a family of enthusiasts, who've vacationed in France at times with my dad, a french teacher & I attended ecole primaire in Nice for a few months as a child. I especially enjoy traditional french cuisine & have eaten at Bouillon twice over a few years. Both times I was a bit disappointed, especially given the pricey menu. A wonderful night spent dinning here. My husband is born and raised French and craves real authentic french cuisine that he was raised on. Not the overly fancy and overly don't french food, but the typical food found at cafes all around the city. Everything we had was delicious and brings back memories.
