Souvenir Shop is ???. The shirts and hoodies are soft and comfortable, and they have some Balboa and The Wedge designs as well as Newport Beach.The owner is very friendly and helpful. She's happy to help you find the perfect gift or souvenir.
My girlfriends ( baby boomers) and I go here at least once or twice a month to enjoy the upstairs patio, the view, the yummy happy hour snacks and a nice glass of wine. The staff and servers are always so friendly and welcoming to us. That’s a big part of the experience, the personalities of those who work there. We have never had a negative experience there.
Four of us stopped in for happy hour on a weekday afternoon. We all had wine along with two orders of oysters, an order of the half pound of clams, and the small burgers. The wine was good and reasonably priced as were the other items. However, the oysters and clams were terrible - dry and tiny. Some of the oyster and clam shells were empty. We love clams and oysters but wold never order them again at Newport Landing Restaurant.
