The sales approach was aggressive, it made me feel uncomfortable and anxious. I was just looking to buy a descaling kit for my machine, not negotiate a car deal. I think the salespeople need to take a breather.
Nespresso is hands-down, my favorite coffee to make it home. All the different flavors to choose from I like how the pods come in aluminum and not plastic. This one is conveniently located in Newport Beach California. Island fashion mall.

Terrible...They allow dogs inside the store, I saw a dog sniffing the foods, licking the people and kids, STAFF PETTING IT THEN TOUCHING THE FOOD...this is unacceptable and totally unsanitary.

We visited this store at 8:25 pm to purchase some capsules , unfortunately the lady who was in rush and helped my friend but when I asked for help, they completely ignored me and after waiting for 5 minutes and not getting helped, I left the store.
So disappointing , not only she didn’t answer the question, she did not help us to purchase.
So annoying atmosphere and sales team. I will do my ordered online and not in store.
For sure they need more training for customer service.

Worst new system ever. Everyone just standing around while they walk around trying to find people. Everyone was very unimpressed and wants to old system of standing In line back. Not waiting for them to find Susie with the black shirt for 10 minutes. Go back to the line

The pop up store is not at nespresso standard. No tasting. No samples. Go to the one at south coast plaza before the main store is complete here at fashion island.
The manager was really helpful in claiming the machine. I went there to return the refurbished machine and got the new one delivered within 5 days.

I am absolutely thrilled with Nespresso! The taste of their coffee is exceptional, and I love exploring their wide range of flavors. My favorites are El Salvador, Ristretto Intenso, Chiaro, Mexico, and Stormio Boost – each one offers a unique and delightful experience.
El Salvador, with its jammy biscuit notes and a portion of red honey processed beans, adds sweetness to this mild blend, rated at Intensity 5.
Mexico's blend, with the intensity of Robusta coffee refined in a double wash, is intensely roasted and spiced, boasting an Intensity of 7.
Stormio Boost offers rich intensity with delicious cereal, spicy, and woody notes, enhanced with natural coffee extracts, making it a robust choice with an Intensity of 8.
Ristretto Intenso is a standout, with its spicy and woody profile, featuring the distinct Robusta notes of peppery spices and wood, finalized by a tobacco touch. This blend is incredibly intense, rated at Intensity 12, perfect for those who love a powerful, invigorating cup.
The delivery service is incredibly fast, often arriving within a day or two, making it so convenient to enjoy fresh coffee whenever I want. Their customer service is amazing, always helpful and responsive, ensuring that any questions or issues are quickly resolved. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for such high-quality coffee, allowing me to indulge in my favorite brews without breaking the bank.

One of the companies I work with recently relocated closer to Fashion Island. Some weeks ago I spent close to $300 on many many capsules, tumblers and a milk frother. Nespresso LIES. During my purchase I was specifically told I’m eligible/awarded welcome packages and discounts via email. Evidently that never happened and I ran out of capsules. It’s really unfortunate I have to switch to a competitor. This brand just lost some integrity and solidified a disgusting experience, Nespresso do better.

After I decalcified my old Nespresso machines (again), I bought more capsules and paid attention. WOW - I can buy single use capsules and they'll recycle the used ones at no extra cost. AND what I spend for per cup (smaller amount, less caffeine) is within +/- 50% if what I spend to grind beans and brew a pot at a time at home. The "Green consciousness" and how Nespresso designs their whole luxury coffee lifecycle / experience truly is awesome! Kudos to Nespresso! I am grateful to enjoy these products.

Lazy and rude staff. People who get orders didn't look at me and kept talking to each other. I was just waiting until they stopped talking and turned eyes to me. But I gave up and talked first asking for products.
