If you’re craving legit New York-style pizza in SoCal, this spot on Balboa Island is a must. The crust is thin, crispy, and foldable (just like it should be), and the sauce-to-cheese ratio is on point. I grabbed a slice after walking the island and was seriously impressed—super flavorful, not greasy, and served hot. The staff was friendly and fast, and the vibe is laid-back but welcoming. Perfect place to grab a slice and enjoy the beachy surroundings. Definitely coming back!
The slice was indeed huge, crispy, cheesy and delicious. Very convenient when you're hungry after exploring Balboa. If you're in a hurry, just go for the slice as it's ready almost immediately.
The service was quick and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. From the portions to the ambiance, this was cozy and inviting. Really ideal for a casual meal with friends or family. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and has become my go-to spot for pizza. Highly recommend!
